Return Policy

How do I return/ exchange my product(s)?
We do no have a Return/Exchange policy.

In case of Breakage or missing item, the report should be placed within 24 hrs of receiving the packet. You can mail us atcare@jaysnnation.com

As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For address please email us the issue and we will get back to you.

After we receive your courier and perform all the necessary quality checks, we will refund the product amount to you.
