Refund & Cancellation Policy

How do I return/ exchange my product(s)?
We do no have a Return/Exchange policy.

In case of Breakage or missing item, the report should be placed within 24 hrs of receiving the packet. You can mail us at jaysnnation@gmail.com

In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.

All the products made by JAYSN NATION pass through several quality checks and are as per the dimensions and descriptions given. No returns will be accepted if the customer orders the product(s) mistakenly. 

As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For address please email us the issue and we will get back to you.

After we receive your courier and perform all the necessary quality checks, we will refund the product amount to you.
